Adrien Coleman from Bethune-Cookman has been selected for StatSheet's MEAC Player of the Week for February 25th. Maryland-Eastern Shore's Kevin Mays has won StatSheet's MEAC Freshman of the Week. Coleman put up big numbers in shooting (50%), rebounding (8.5 per game), and assists (5 per game). The Bethune-Cookman junior put these numbers up in victories against Howard and South Carolina State.

Coleman totaled 12 points and 5 assists in 34 minutes in a 64-50 win against Howard. He followed that up by leading the team in scoring and rebounding with 26 points and 11 rebounds in an 85-75 victory over South Carolina State.

This is the first StatSheet MEAC Player of the Week honor for Adrien Coleman. However, he has finished second once and received an honorable mention. The runner-up this week is junior Jeremy Ingram from North Carolina Central. Honorable mention goes to Michael Murray, a junior from Coppin State.
